This aspect of behaviour may also be called Sex & Love Addiction and includes a very large range of behaviours.
It is often airily said to apply only to women but this is not true. Men and women can have serious issues with Sex & Love addiction. There is an excellent 40 question survey here which encapsulates the experience in a very rounded way.
Recovery in this aspect covers building boundaries, family of origin work, SLAA meetings, and a host of ways to take on low self esteem and the desire to control others by means of sexual behaviours and emotional abuse. So this would include looking at your own emotional and sexual childhood experiences.
